Erin and Liam reached out last year about their wedding, they were looking for something a little different for their wedding photos and approached us because of our street and documentary photography. This was back before we even had the idea to start Muckers, but it definitely helped plant the seed and set the wheels in motion.
The wedding was held at Dageraad Brewing in Burnaby, British Columbia. Erin & Liam had the entire place reserved for the day for their family and friends.
We arrived to find Liam and others setting up the patio, and immediately launched into photo mode

As time went on, more and more guests began to arrive and to mingle, and of course get the beers flowing. It is a brewery after all!

Ceremony time!

After the ceremony it was back to beers and mingling for the guests, while Jae and I managed to take some quick group shots and a few obligatory shots of the bride and groom. This was not really something Erin and Liam were overly concerned about capturing and we were able to get these done in about 5 minutes so they could get back to the party.

Food was served, more beers were drank and during this time we were able to quickly grab Erin & Liam and ask if we could get access to the back of the brewery for a quick photoshoot. We were very happy to have been able to get these as a unique reminder of the day and the location.

Speeches and dancing time!

Candid and documentary style wedding photography is so much fun to shoot and we cannot thank Erin & Liam enough for trusting us to capture their day.
*Photos shot on film and digital using Leica M, Rolleiflex 3.5 and Nikon ZF, with Kodak Tri-x, Ilford HP5 and Kodak Gold
